MatTek's EpiAirway MicroTissue system is the optimal platform for testing toxicity of the lungs and bronchial airway in vitro.
EpiAirway is used to determine the concentration required to reduce tissue viability to 75% of vehicle control-treated tissues (IC-75) of a test chemical. This value can then be used to predict GHS or EPA classification.
